Shipping and Handling
| All merchandise will be shipped Canada Post within Canada. For larger orders we will ship Purolator or UPS for the cost savings. For all orders shipped outside of Canada and abroad we will ship UPS. Any tracking information for these orders will be sent to you via email. Please keep this information until you receive your package. Insurance is at the customer's request and must be paid for by the customer in advance of shipping. If the package is not insured, Middy Custom Embroidery cannot be held responsible for lost packages. It will be at Middy Custom Embroidery's discretion whether the item/items will be re-shipped. You may put in the "Comment section" of checkout to add insurance to the package at your expense. The extra charge will be $1.10 up to $100. Merchandise Delivery Time All merchandise will be shipped in a timely manner. You Must allow time for the order to process. The average wait time is from 5 to 7 days. If the item is in stock the items will be shipped very quick. Middy Custom Embroidery has no control over other companies and there shipping policies. |
